Works from the Drawing From Nature Workshop at The Art Student's League in New York.

During the Drawing from Nature workshop, the students were guided through observation and drawing of a wide selection of natural specimens, using traditional drawing media.
​
Students investigated examples of how artists have drawn their inspiration from nature throughout history. Studio time included carefully considered studies of
various natural forms, rendered alone and in groups, with emphasis on drawing technique, composition,
scale, and content.
​
Founded in 1875 by artists and for artists, the Art Students League of New York has been instrumental in shaping America's legacy in the fine arts. Many renowned artists have honed their skills at the League, which is dedicated to sustaining the great tradition of training artists.
